This Acceptable Use Policy applies to RAEFORM websites, portals, forms, accounts, communications systems, and other digital resources made available by RAEFORM.

Overview
You must use RAEFORM systems lawfully and responsibly.

You May Not
You may not use RAEFORM systems to:
- Violate applicable law
- Commit fraud or deception
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Access another person's account without authorization
- Obtain or use credentials without authority
- Introduce malware, ransomware, malicious code, or harmful files
- Conduct phishing or credential-harvesting activity
- Interfere with system availability or performance
- Attempt to bypass security or access controls
- Probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data through unauthorized automated means
- Collect personal information without appropriate authority
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others
- Upload unlawful or infringing material
- Violate privacy or intellectual property rights
- Misuse confidential client information
- Use RAEFORM systems for activity reasonably likely to create material security or legal risk

Security Testing
No penetration testing, vulnerability testing, automated scanning, or similar security activity may be performed against RAEFORM systems without prior written authorization.

Enforcement
Where reasonably necessary, RAEFORM may:
- Remove content
- Restrict functionality
- Suspend or terminate access
- Preserve relevant records
- Investigate suspected misuse
- Notify affected parties
- Cooperate with lawful investigations or authorities
RAEFORM will seek to apply enforcement proportionately to the circumstances.
