Our values (see the About page) describe what we care about. This page is the practical version: what we actually expect from everyone who works at RAEFORM, on client work and with each other.
Most of what makes a project go well or badly isn't the tools, it's whether people communicated, documented what they did, and treated the work like it mattered. Writing this down means new team members inherit the standard instead of guessing at it, and clients know what to expect from anyone they work with at RAEFORM, not just the founder.
This policy is a standard we hold ourselves and each other to, not decoration. If something falls short of it on a client engagement, that's a conversation, a fix, and a documented lesson, not something we quietly move past.
