Qeeper

Building the nonprofit operating system that brings people, programs, funding, compliance, evidence, and reporting into one connected workspace.
Ongoing | 2026

Qeeper came from seeing the same operational problem repeatedly inside nonprofit organizations: too much important information living across spreadsheets, inboxes, shared drives, task boards, and people's heads.

RAEFORM has worked closely enough with nonprofit operations to see how quickly that becomes difficult to manage. Grant information sits in one place. Program documents live somewhere else. Compliance dates are tracked manually. SOPs get buried in folders. Donor notes, reports, board documents, and internal tasks all compete for attention.

Qeeper is RAEFORM's attempt to rethink that experience from the ground up.

The Challenge

Small and growing nonprofits often need many of the same operational systems as larger organizations, but they do not always have the staff, budget, or time to maintain several separate platforms.

The problem is not simply that there are too many tools.

It is that the information those tools hold is connected, while the tools themselves often are not.

A grant may affect a program. A program may require reporting. Reporting may depend on tasks, documentation, deadlines, and staff responsibilities. When every part lives somewhere different, the organization spends more time maintaining the system around the work.

Our Approach

RAEFORM began designing Qeeper around the way nonprofit operations actually overlap.

Instead of starting with a giant list of features, the product direction focuses on the operational areas that repeatedly connect: programs, grants, tasks, SOPs, records, reporting, compliance reminders, and organizational documentation.

The intention is to create one structured workspace where those areas can work together without forcing a small nonprofit to build its own system from scratch.

What We're Building

Qeeper is currently an internal RAEFORM product in development and has not launched publicly.

The planned platform includes nonprofit-focused tools for program management, grant tracking, operational tasks, SOPs, donor and organizational records, reporting, compliance reminders, document management, and role-based access.

The product is being developed carefully rather than treating every possible nonprofit feature as something that needs to exist on day one.

RAEFORM's current focus is defining the workflows, validating which problems deserve to be solved first, and building the foundation for an eventual nonprofit operations platform.

Current Outcome

Qeeper has moved from an internal idea into a defined product concept and development roadmap grounded in recurring nonprofit operational problems.

Where It Is Going

Qeeper is not being presented as a finished SaaS product yet.

The longer-term goal is to create an operational system built specifically for nonprofits that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools but do not need an overly complex enterprise platform.

For now, RAEFORM is doing what we would tell any client to do with a major product: understand the problem properly first, build deliberately, and earn the right to add complexity later.

Your mission deserves systems that work as hard as you do.
